New flooring is coming to the narthex and hallways! Crews will begin ripping up the *very* old carpet on Thursday, January 15. During this project timeline, please be aware that there may be a strong adhesive smell, the presence of dust, and limited access to the narthex. We will send out updates through this messaging system.
Missing Pyx’s- Have you used a pyx from the parish before? We are missing several of them. Please return them to the parish office.
You may have seen a letter from Bishop Walkowiak in last weekend’s bulletin about AMS. The triennial National Collection for the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA, is approved by the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops. The Diocese of Grand Rapids will participate in the AMS collection on January 10/11, 2026. Special envelopes will be available in the Narthex by the bulletins this weekend. Learn more about AMS here.

Join Our Parish Prayer Challenge on Hallow!
Have you ever wondered why we say what we say—or do what we do—at Mass? Join Our Lady of Consolation for a new prayer challenge on our community page on the Hallow app: A Biblical Walk Through the Mass, starting on Monday, January 12.
Led by Dr. Edward Sri, this powerful Hallow Course unpacks the biblical foundations of the prayers, postures, and rituals we experience during the Liturgy. Each session brings deeper understanding and renewed meaning to our worship.
All are welcome—whether you’re diving deeper into your own faith or just curious to learn more. We encourage you to join us and invite a friend to walk through this journey with you. Let’s grow in faith and love for the Mass together as a parish family.

The Rewind and Relive Auction is just over four weeks away. This fundraiser is crucial to the school budget and to our hopes for classroom enhancements.
Our team has planned an incredible evening of food, drink, dancing, and of course, bidding! Please take a moment today to reserve your table for 10 or purchase individual tickets. There are so many awesome items, experiences, and one-of-a-kind classroom projects for bid. You won’t want to miss it.
If you are unable to attend, there is still a way that you can support during the auction. Online tickets are available for you to bid from home, work, or wherever you find yourself on February 7th.
Be sure to check out the golf cart. For $100, you have the chance to win this beauty. Currently, it’s parked in Fr. Dom’s garage, but we are planning to bring it down for the pancake breakfast on January 25th for you to see it for yourself. Invite family and friends to check it out, too.
