TRADITIONAL BLESSING OF
EPIPHANY WATER AND SALT

IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE 5:00 PM MASS

You are invited to join us for the first-ever Blessing of Epiphany Water at Our Lady of Consolation!
The Blessing of Epiphany Water is a special, powerful rite in which water and salt are blessed with prayers in Latin from the Roman Ritual, including exorcisms, making it a particularly strong sacramental against evil. The Epiphany Water and Salt can be used in the home throughout the year. More information can be found by clicking here.
Please bring your own containers of water (should be bigger than a half gallon) and salt and place them on the tables on the Sanctuary steps after Mass. The Blessing will take place immediately following.
Blessed Chalk will also be available after all weekend Masses on tables by the nativity scene in the narthex.
